The SHA, as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), is an association with the mission of sustainable development to promote worldwide universal healthcare. It supports and accompanies projects in natural healing methods within the context of old and new medicine. As a member of the Special Missions in the Liechtenstein / Switzerland exchange, the association adheres to the Convention on Special Missions. As a special mission, the association fully submits to the rules established by the Liechtenstein Instrument of Ratification to the Convention on Special Missions, concluded in New York on December 8, 1969, approved by the High Parliament of the Principality of Liechtenstein on April 20, 1977, and entered into force for Liechtenstein on June 21, 1985, and is active in the field of “Embassies and Consulates”. The SHA is subject to the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property (PVÜ) of March 20, 1883, as amended on September 28, 1979. The association works to promote economic development and social justice. It postulates the consolidation and observance of natural law and the equality of people. The association supports the observance of human rights, particularly UN Resolution 53/144 (“Declaration on the Right and Responsibility of Individuals, Groups and Organs of Society to Promote and Protect Universally Recognized Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms”). The SHA supports media projects for independent journalism against abuse of power and corruption, to allow for public debate and critical thinking in society. To achieve its purpose, the association may also manage and invest its assets and, within the scope of the investment and management of its assets, conduct legal and financial transactions of all kinds, in particular acquire or dispose of movable and immovable property of any kind.
