Health Sector

InnoMedica
As an innovator in nanomedicine, the Swiss company is revolutionizing the treatment of Parkinson’s and various types of cancer with its own patented Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) technology.
Next-generation LNPs for cancer therapy significantly improve efficacy while reducing side effects. These successes are supported by a solid foundation of international patents and GMP-compliant in-house LNP production in Switzerland, ensuring both innovation and quality at every stage of development.

AI in Healthcare
The introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare enables faster, more precise diagnoses, innovative treatment methods, and personalized patient care.
By analyzing large and complex datasets, AI supports early disease detection, optimizes drug development, and provides clinical decision support with unprecedented accuracy. Furthermore, AI transforms workflows, automates routine tasks, and closes care gaps in resource-poor environments.
SHA supports relevant research projects and is committed to responsible implementation in practice.

MetabolizeMe
Metabolomics deals with the comprehensive analysis of small molecules, known as metabolites, which play a central role in cell metabolism.
MetabolizeMe, supported by self-test kits for independent sample collection, enables the most comprehensive metabolic analysis in sports. By precisely measuring over 150 different metabolic compounds (including amino acids, biomarkers, and hormones) at multiple time points, a holistic, scientifically sound picture of metabolism throughout a training day is created.
This approach opens up new possibilities for monitoring and optimizing performance, especially in muscle building, fatigue, and overtraining, which are not captured by existing lifestyle tests and fitness trackers.

Neko Health
Neko Health is an innovative, AI-powered full-body scanner. This scanner captures over 50 million data points on skin, heart, hair, respiration, microcirculation, and other health parameters within minutes – completely non-invasively. The scan takes approximately 15 minutes, followed by a medical consultation. Measured values include blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and skin changes such as moles. The goal of this comprehensive and rapid diagnostic is to detect risks for diseases such as heart attack, stroke, or diabetes early, enabling preventive action. The product is currently available in specialized health centers in Stockholm and London and costs approximately 175 to 240 Euros per scan. Demand is enormous, with long waiting lists and tens of thousands of patients already scanned. SHA will drive the marketing and place the NEKO Scan in its clinics.
New Technologies Sector

SYNTEC POWERFUELS AG
Production of CO2-neutral synthetic fuels for aviation, ships, and vehicles.
A B-t-L (Biomass-to-Liquid) process protected by three patents, capable of converting all hydrocarbon-containing materials into synthetic fuels without jeopardizing food cultivation.
Possible input materials include all types of plastic, crop residues, wood waste, household waste, industrial waste, car tires, sewage sludge, etc.

MORF Refractor
Production of high-quality synthetic fuels such as heating oil, diesel, jet fuel, gasoline, as well as gas and coal through the splitting of carbon molecules. Starting materials: residual biomass, wood, plastic waste, sewage sludge, used tires, biological or industrial waste.
Special feature: the process includes the separation of CO2 in the form of carbon, which yields significant results with a value of around 20%. MORF enables independent energy and fuel production anywhere. Production of CO2-neutral synthetic fuels for aviation, ships, and vehicles.

Polaris
Polaris refines waste into pellets: conversion of non-recyclable textile waste into alternative fuel as a substitute for fossil fuels.
The plant technology used enables textile waste to be recycled into refuse-derived fuels. The high-quality processing creates a fuel that can be used as a standard fuel in conventional power plants.

Agro Granulate
The Agro Granulate is mixed with the seeds and sown evenly in the soil. It can store large amounts of water and was primarily developed for large-scale agriculture to better equip crops worldwide against drought periods and reduce their high water demand.
The granulate can absorb up to 95 percent of infiltrating water and, in the long term, soak up so much liquid that the required irrigation can be reduced by up to 65 percent. At the same time, a higher crop yield can be achieved.

Natural Paints in the ECO-BUCKET
Patented paint system for painting companies & furniture retailers: natural paints in the reusable ECO-BUCKET – healthy, circular, plastic-free.
Return, refill, and remanufacturing systems form a closed-loop economy. Made from recycled cardboard and plastic. No waste. Pure sustainability.
- EU: By 2030, 40% of packaging must be re-
usable - 77% of consumers prefer sustainable products
- Natural paints improve indoor climate
- ECO-BUCKET complies with PPWR, Green Claims & Ecodesign
Directives
Water / Energy Sector

Rhythmixx
The Rhythmixx perfectly homogenizes powders, solids, liquids, or suspensions, thanks to its special three-dimensional inversion kinematics. The biosubstances or cell cultures are protected due to the special kinematics, and it is massively more energy-saving or energy-efficient (up to 30 times faster compared to conventional rotation technology).
Temperatures do not increase, e.g., by mixing with propeller devices. However, Rhythmixx increases the yield of bioactive substances. No knots or thickenings form, no wall layers or deposits occur, and there is no difference between the substance at the edge of a container and in the center.
Suitable for all types of mixtures: solids, liquids, and gases, motorized via proprietary motion software.

Waterimpulse
Inversion movement is a type of motion that occurs in three dimensions and is determined by changing speeds. The movement is rhythmic/pulsating and is suitable for water purification, quality improvement, and treatment.
- Innovative, rhythmic drive, mixing, and motion technology.
- Up to 30 times faster compared to conventional rotation technology.
- Not only more environmentally friendly, but also has revitalizing effects for humans and animals.
- Universal applications in environmental and medical technology, as well as in the food and pharmaceutical sectors.

Novel Ship Propulsion Using Oloid Technology
The Oloid, when set in motion, does not rotate around a straight axis but performs a movement resembling a spatial figure eight, comparable to a kayak paddle.
As a result, water masses are alternately propelled in vortex packets against the direction of travel. This pivoting motion, called inversion, can be found, for example, in the fin movements of fish or the paddling movements of waterfowl.
Building on this insight and experience, a new bionic ship propulsion system was designed.
This propulsion system is gentle and energy-efficient, powered exclusively by renewable sources. It protects and promotes life processes in water and along the shore.

Wind-Oloid
Novel Wind Turbines – the Oloid converts weak and turbulent wind into energy.
The Oloid movement is silent and allows for the use of wind energy systems on roofs, balconies, and in gardens. Birds, bats, and insects remain unharmed.
The modular design of the Wind-Oloids allows for ease of assembly and operation similar to the installation of photovoltaic systems, complementing solar technology like hardly any other energy technology.

SHA Water
The right to water is a human right. To address the global challenges in implementing this right, the UN Water Decade was adopted at the 66th General Assembly of the United Nations (UN) (March 2018 to March 2028).
The UN 2023 Water Conference aimed to find solutions for the depletion, pollution, and poor management of this vital natural resource. The ownership of water sources can also be classified under “poor management” of water.
SHA owns water sources and cooperation agreements with project partners in the industrial and water sectors for aid projects.

Affordable Housing Sector

Various Projects
Numerous tourism communities are currently facing the problem of housing shortages. One aspect is the lack of housing for the mostly seasonally employed staff of tourist businesses. The housing shortage also exacerbates the already difficult search for suitable skilled workers..
SHA has launched various projects to develop transferable solutions in the field of affordable housing. Existing approaches are analyzed, potential for improvement and synergies, including in cost-effective construction, are sought and implemented with and in pilot communities.
