and return with the perfect grocery haul. Here is a list of healthy,
safe, and anti-inflammatory foods.
First, we should go to a market, not a supermarket, to buy food,
not products. Natural, organic, local foods are always
the best choice. They are much healthier and gentler, not only for the environment, but
also for our bodies.
